Oustanding and uncommon large combination material from the famous Golconda pegmatite. First class cleavelandite specimens are quite rare from here. This striking plate is covered with jackstraw parallel-growth clusters of very glassy, transparent to translucent, cleavelandite blades. The impressive large compound blade is 6.0 cm. Intergrown pearlescent brown muscovite plates are a super compliment and contrast to this exceptional old-time combination from the famous 1960s and 70s finds.
