Fine turquoise-blue color highlights this impressive and sculptural large Carlsbad-twinned Amazonite crystal from this well-known Colorado locale. The 360-degree, moderately lustrous crystal has a striking, very sharp, well-defined twinned termination, that really stands out. The white microcline accents are a fine and typical contrast. Complete all-around and in excellent shape, with only a bit of mostly out-of-sight lower contacting. Certainly acceptable in the context of pegmatite species.
