Striking large gemmy and lustrous amber calcite scalenohedrons form a sculptural specimen from the famous Sweetwater Mine. Each of the impressive glassy crystals has a distinct interior phantom and the dramatic dense stepped-growth prism faces and the near water-clear secondary calcite overgrowths at the terminations and along the prism edges adds spectacular pizzazz to the crystals. The crystals GLOW, when backlit! You can't tell in the fine display views, that the back of the large crystal is cleaved.
