Item Description

This is one of the most desirable calcite combinations from the renowned locale. Classic, very sculptural and impressive large combination from famed extinct Tsumeb. Dramatic, densely intergrown, variably-sized, lustrous, translucent, colorless calcite rhombohedrons are dramatically and colorfully preferentially coated and included with mint-green duftite. The large rhomb on the bottom is 3.3 cm on edge and the large rhomb on the top is 2.8 cm on edge. Nearly pristine, for such a large and rich piece, with only tiny bit of edge wear to crystals near the bottom of the piece. A very fine large combination example, with stunning geometry - the pics speak for that. Valued $5000-plus.
