Item Description
An aesthetic and sculptural large combination from from recent finds in Jalgaon. The impressive piece is highlighted by the striking large sharp 4.8 cm on edge light yellow calcite rhomb and the shapely 7.3 cm satin lustre stilbite bowtie crystal. Additional stilbites, including nifty second generation pearlescent stilbite blades are fine accessories to the undulating starkly contrasting drusy bone-white chalcedony, that covers the basalt matrix. Very 3-dimensional, as one side view reveals a striking chalcedony-lined grotto. Jalgaon continually amazes with the outstanding quality of Zeolite Group species and this is an exceptional large combination. The piece has two fine display views.
