large Calcite "flowers" on Matrix (fluorescent)

Pearlescent and translucent, spherical "flower" aggregates of ivory-colored calcite, to 6 cm across, totally cover their matrix. Shockingly on a piece this large, the piece is darned near pristine - as closee as you can wish for, anyhow. This is a gorgeous example of the classic rounded (but still crysatllized) calcites from Romania which came out in the 1990s and early 2000s. Seldom do you see them this big, though, and in such good condition. It is a special quality, and should be valued at least at $2500,, I would think. Note that it fluoresces beautifully, as a bonus. This is a huge specimen for the quality and style....in remarkable form.
