A dramatic, super-rich and sculptural large two-sided calcite rib from the famous Sweetwater Mine. Multiple calcite crystal generations cover this striking piece. The "front" is highlighted by the impressive large, lustrous, transluent, light amber nailhead spar crystals, to 4.3 cm, scattered among the smaller, lighter colored crystals. Strikingly, the back hosts more, but smaller light amber nailhead spar crystals, to 2.5 cm. For the size and crystal density, the piece is amazingly essentially pristine.
