Classic yellow-green, glassy, lustrous Brazilianite prisms, to 2.7 cm, are richly and dramatically studded on the front of the impressive large Microcline crystal matrix on this outstanding large combination specimen from one of the pegmatites of the Mendes Pimentel area of Minas Gerais. The piece displays well without aid. Ex Al Ordway Collection, a well-known California collector, field collector and dealer. He passed away in 2007. Mass is 1332 grams or 2.9 pounds.
