Large botryoidal Malachite (Dr. Barratt Phillip Coll.)

An impressive large botryoidal malachite from the famous copper mines of Katanga. Intensely sparkly bubbly forest-green botryoids comprise this dramatic piece, which is dominated by the striking, stout, very bubbly 8.0 x 7.3 cm "sail". Complete all-around and in great shape. The bit of noted scuffing and contacting is certainly only a modest detraction to this artistic large 360-degree piece. It displays very well without aid, as the base has been sawed.
