This is a large and sculptural, wing-shaped, tabular, floater beryllonite crystal from Pakistan. It seldom forms such large and aesthetic specimens. It is a lustrous, translucent, mostly coated crystal with striking stepped-growth faces. Simply heads above most examples of this species, gram for gram, which are generally opaque in any case.
