Item Description
A BIG (6.5 cm across!), translucent-to-transparent, super-lustrous crystal of aquamarine with tabular, hexagonal form. A bit of pearlescent muscovite at one end is a nice accent. The color of this fat crystal is light ice-blue. The termination is essentially pristine. Modest contacting/periphery wear is noted lower on the crystal on both sides, but is certainly not a detraction. This is a very impressive, large aqua showing this more uncommon form of aquamarine (though typical for China). MUCH BETTER than it appears, over all, very 3-D, glassy, and colorful. Valued at $1250-1500. These have crazy luster, compared to Pakistani material. Like glass!
