Large Aquamarine (rare - classic locale)

Aquamarine crystals of this large size are very rare from this famous Austrian valley. The lustrous, intense aqua-blue, flattened, hexagonal crystal is translucent. Fragmented quartz is embedded in the sides, but it is still clearly a complete crystal. The termination is contacted, but present. A rare and outstanding large aqua with such unusual size from this locality that you have to forgive (with a pricing adjustment) the 2 fairly clean repairs. Aquas of this size are rare from any Austrian locale. From an old European collection.
