Item Description

Dramatic, well-defined growth rings on this rare large and attractive multi-hued, polished on one side flint slab from Poland. The outer white banding is a stark contrast to the interior grays and browns with striking growth features. The material is well-known in Poland and Europe, but rare in the USA. Ex Wouter van Tichelen Collection and comes with a 29.7 x 21.0 cm glossy photograph with locality data. 400 grams mass. Very choice and classic material from the locale.
