Item Description

Huge, RARE, analcime crystal from a most obscure Siberia, Russia locale - Ryabinoviy pipe, Aldan, Sakha Republic. The impressive, sharp, translucent, well-formed, textbook, trapezohedron has porcelaneous luster. 1600 grams or 3.5 pounds mass. MINDAT lists the locale, a lamproite intrusion, but there are NO photographic examples of any minerals from the pipe. Rare, perhaps unique large analcime from the little known locale.
