Rusty orange hematite is preferentially included in sharp, very glassy, transparent to translucent, blush-purple amethyst crystals on this dramatically sculptural and colorful large specimen from an unknown Morocco locale. This is a RARE and artistic style of amethyst from any of the 7 localities MINDAT lists and the photos shown. This striking piece has 360-degree presence, with most of the basal periphery wear out-of-sight on the back of the piece.
