Item Description

A very rare, old and impresssive large albite variety oligoclase crystal from this obscure mine in the well-known Spruce Pine Distric. The doubly terminated pink crystal has textbook sharp faces with an oxide coating. This old-time, very fine large and sharp crystal is from the Paterson Museum Collection and dates to the early 1900s.
