Laguna Lace Agate gets its name from a hybrid of Crazy Lace Agate and Laguna Agate. The material is well known for the "crazy" twists and turns in the banding. This particular stone is an amazingly complex and beautiful, large, "Teardrop Cabochon" cut gem with unique banding patterns and colors ranging from a strong red hue to lilac and purple shades, plus swirling golden, silver and cream colored areas! This stone would make a killer pendant, or would sit nicely in any gem collection as a testament to the fine quality and unique appearance of this beloved material.
