Labradorite w/ blue sheen

Labradorite has some of the most beautiful sheen in the gem world. This material is very attractive, and I've literally seen pieces large enough to cover a coffee table! This "Oval Cabochon" cut gem is translucent/transparent, and shows an almost "metallic" blue and green sheen when turned in the light correctly. When the stone is back lit, it shows a golden hue with a slight pink tone. A very cool authentic Canadian Labradorite (the material gets its name from the town of Labrador in Canada).
