Item Description
Mineral specimens of ANY type are rare from this obscure Zimbabwe district and Labradorite Feldspar specimens are EXTREMELY RARE! Labradorite is renowned for its amazing variety of iridescence and use in the decorative, ornamental and lapidary fields. This SUPER RARE rough and cut set features a sculptural arrowhead-shaped tabular specimen with gorgeous peacock blues and greens and golden iridescence on both sides. The complimentary sawed on the bottom and mostly polished, oval-shaped, 15.18 carat stone has striking iridescent blue catseye iridescence. The iridescence on both pieces is MUCH BETTER in person! RARE, possibly unique labradorite from this locale.
