Item Description

Labradorite is a fairly common Feldspar, but is still very attractive when faceted. Labradorite is found from various localities, but I always marvel as transparent Feldspar from any locality, especially in stones this size. This particular stone is an attractive, pale straw color gem with a "Cushion" cut. The stone is only very very slightly included, but often, Labradorite can have some kind of "shiller" which is an effect often seen in these gems, so the clarity in this gem is superb. A great old time Mexican Feldspar stone, which would fit nicely into a gem Feldspar suite.
