A gemmy, sharp, lovely blue color, prismatic Kyanite crystal aesthetically growing on Quartz matrix from the famous Barra de Salinas District in Brazil. Additional Kyanite can be seen on the side of the specimen. The main Kyanite measures 4.1 cm long, and is in excellent shape. The beautiful blue color of the crystal, along with the relative gemminess and good luster makes the piece a worthwhile miniature sized display specimen.
