Kyanite

Item Description

This is a dramatic and really showy example of this common species that came from a 2008 find. Kyanite usually appears as opaque crystals embedded in quartz, but these striking blades have high luster, good color, gemminess and an amazing intense blue stripe running the length of the crystals. The quartz matrix and opposing blades make for an aesthetic CABINET specimen.
