Kunzite, Tourmaline, Quartz & Albite (Herb Obodda)

A gorgeous, 2.7 cm, sharply terminated, gem, lilac kunzite is the focal point of this dramatic and excellent combination specimen from Afghanistan and the Herb Obodda dealer stock. The sharply terminated, glassy, translucent, light smoky quartz crystals also host a gemmy, 2.7 cm, pretty pastel-pink tourmaline crystal with a very light green termination on the other side of the smokies. The prominent large quartz is 6.0 x 3.5 cm and many quartz faces are preferentially enhanced with "snow fields" of drusy albite. The kunzite, tourmaline and all of the major quartz crystals are pristine. Perphery wear is noted on one side of the piece, but has very little impact on the impressive display quality of this very fine combination piece.
