Item Description

Kunzite is only found in about three localities in the world in any noteworth specimens; Brazil, Afghanistan and San Diego County, California. In addition to its scarcity, it's even MORE difficult to find pieces of Kunzite that are WATER CLEAR. This specimen is a great example from the famous Anita Mine featuring a GEM quality, doubly-terminated, purplish-pink colored, prismatic crystal. Even though the piece does have terminations on both ends, it is cleaved along the prism face on one side. A beautiful gem crystal of this beloved and now hard to find material.
