Item Description
This piece is one of the sharpest, gemmiest twinned Kuznites that I've offered from this area recently. To top it off, its also a great bi-color twin as well. If you look closely, the twin actually has a pink Roman Sword-shaped phantom inside. I have only seen a few bicolor crystals before, but never before have I seen a twinned phantom crystal like this one! Strangely enough, only one of the crystals shows a bi-color, while the other is completely uniform in color. The specimen is also amazingly un-etched with amazingly well-formed terminations and razor-sharp faces all the way around. When you look down the "c" axis, you can see that one of the crystals is green, and the other shows a pink color! Very bizzare and hard to find on the market. Even though the pegmatites in this area still produce specimens, it seems that the Kunzites have started to dry up, so don't miss out on this beauty. Priced at $1800 retail.
