Item Description
Kasolite is a RARE oxidation product of Uraninite and this eye-catching, representative specimen is nicely sprinkled with discrete crystals and clusters of yellow-orange Kasolite crystals to about 1.5 mm. The aesthetics of the Kasolite crystals on the green Malachite matrix are really appealing. Indeed, it is a colorful and visually striking specimen. These are quintessential for the species, hard to obtain today. There might even be some glassy micro Torbernite crystals within the undulating seam. From the famous Musonoi Mine of Zaire.
