Kammererite is the rare, chrome-rich variety of clinochlore. There is nothing that quite matches the vivid purple-red hue of kammererite as found in a series of remarkable pockets some 20 years ago at the top locality, the Kop Krom Mine in Turkey. This EXCELLENT specimen features discrete, beautifully gem crystals to 7 mm AESTHETICALLY scattered on a matrix plate COVERED with kammererite microcrystals! Valued at $500-700.
