Item Description
Valencianite is a unique variety of adularia (a variety of K Feldspar) named after the famed Valenciana Mine at Guanajuato, Mexico. This very showy plate consisits of sharp, pearlescent, snow-white valencianite blades. The large compound crystals reach 3.8 cm. Classic and excellent older material from this famous mine. Ex Consie Prince Collection. Now rare on the market, these were found in the 1980s.
