Joaquinite is an ultra rare cerium silicate and the famous Dallas Gem Mine is the Type Locality. Gemmy and lustrous, sharp amber-brown crystals to 1 mm are richly scattered on the complimentary snow-white natrolite and gray-green serpentine matrix.
