Jinshajiangite (ex Matioli Collection)

Item Description

An incredibly rare small cabinet sized specimen of Jinshajiangite from Sweden. This locality is an alkaline complex in southern central Sweden. This specimen features phenocrysts of the rare barium, sodium, iron, titanium silicate on matrix. A good specimen of this well known and incredibly rare material. For reference, the type locality for this species is in China and is named after the Yangtze river (Chinese, Jinsha Jiang). Ex Paolo Matioli Collection.
