Item Description

Jamesonite specimens are rare from the famous mines at Naica. This showy, large combination specimen features robust, bright metallic-gray lathes richly and attractively scattered on all sides of the sculptural matrix of brassy pyrite pyritohedros with black sphalerite at the base of the piece. The slightly iridescent lathes reach 5.7 cm. Excellent and rare older material from the Larry Krause dealer stock. Hefty sulfide ore at 1431 grams or 3.2 pounds.
