Item Description
Stunning lustrous, RARE iridescent reds and golden/brassy hues on this amazing, sculptural, 7.0 cm, cluster of intergrown pyritohedrons from the famous Sweetwater Mine of MIssouri. The pyrites rest on a sculptural large matrix of microcrystalline calcite and brassy pyrite with a few scattered galena cubes. Very uncommon coloration and style of pyrite from the locale.
