Item Description
Here we have an attractive specimen of these wonderfully colorful Hematites from this famous locality. The label accompanying this piece specifically states that it was found in the "S.E. end of S.W. end of East Pit" at Graves Mountain. It features stalactitic and botryoidal formations of Hematite which have a brilliant mix of iridescent colors (blue, green, turquoise, aqua, purple, violet, gold and orange) which can be seen on all sides of the piece. A wonderful specimen of this classic material, featuring a myriad of colors. The piece was collected by Charlie Padget in the 2000s.
