Item Description
Spectacular, RARE golden iridescence on the sharp blades on one end of this sculptural and aesthetic miniature cluster of descloizite from famed Berg Aukas. The striking blade on the end is 1.1 cm. Most Berg Aukas descloizite specimens have hues of red, brown, gray or black, so this colorful fine piece is exceptional. The famous Berg Aukas Zn-Pb-V mine, discovered in 1913 and worked until 1978, easily produced the world's finest descloizite specimen. Ex R.D. Mushlitz Collection.
