Iridescent, sharp, bornite crystals to 1.5 cm are richly and attractively scattered on the striking, large, hedgehog quill-like mound of milky quartz crystals to 2.7 cm. This is an important and rare large combination piece from this historic locale, where mining started in about 1555! Ex Dave Stoudt Mexico Collection. Dave paid $1200 for this in 2004, according to his label (in a deal I helped broker). It is a superb piece of large size and importance for the locale, and is worth that and more today
