Classic, desirable, water-clear "invisible" fluorite cubes, to 1.7 cm, are richly strewn across the large sculptural matrix in isolated clusters on this aesthetic and excellent specimen from the famous Nikolaevskiy Mine. In very fine shape, overall. The crystals in the interior are all pristine, except for a hard-to-see bruised edge to a single crystal. The noted periphery wear across one edge is certainly only a modest detraction to this impressive large piece. The base and back have been expertly prepared, as the piece displays very well from both directions without aid. Purple fluorescence. From an East Coast collection. Valued at $1200-1400.
