Inesite with Hubeite (rare)

A cool and rare association from comtemporary classic locality at the Daye Mine in China. Sparkling prismatic crystals of orange-pink colored Inesite are associated with ultra-rare brown Hubeite (for which this mine is the type lcoality) on crystallized Calcite. The best aspect of the piece is fact that there's a gorgeous "bow tie"-shaped group of Inesite on the side that measures 2.8 cm across. The piece is essentially a floater, as I can't really find a point of attachment to the pocket, since it seems to be crystallized all the way around. It is certainly a very aesthetic and unusual form for Inesite. Priced at $600. Beautiful in person.
