Item Description
A fine combination piece of Inesite, Apophyllite, and orange Prehnite. The Inesites are in rare discrete crystals up to 7 mm, have very good luster, and are an interesting and attractive Persian Red color. One side has a small cluster of Orange Prehnite blades up to about 5 mm. The abundant Apohyllites are amazing. They range from prismatic to acicular, and they are so gemmy it looks like a field of gems. This is a very unusual piece from a small pocket of rich red INESITE/orange Prehnite found in 1999-2000. An aesthetic, and rare, combination piece. We have seen these inesites from this special pocket, with isolated crystals like this, valued at hundreds of Euros at the Munich show at the time
