Indicolite Tourmaline xls (ex Rolando Gioia Coll.)

Item Description

A cute and colorful 360-degree miniature intergrown cluster of four indicolite tourmalines from the famous Pederneira Mine. The glassy, gemmy/translucent, well-striated prisms all have pretty teal-blue bodies. One crystal has a striking elongated pretty pink core, making it a watermelon, which really adds pizzazz. Two crystals have two-toned indicolite-blue terminations, with the other two have teal-green terminations. Complete all-around, there are many tiny tourmalines embedded on the back. One side is contacted, where another crystal once lay, but there is very little actual damage. An uncommon and excellent Pederneira indicolite tourmaline style. Ex Rolando Gioia Collection. 24.67 carats or nearly 5 grams mass.
