Indicolite Tourmaline

Tourmaline gems are incredibly popular with collectors, dealers and jewelers because of their various colors, which range from light to dark and saturated to pastel. I think I can say without fear of contradiction that Tourmalines have been found in every color out there (including black and colorless), and the blue Indicolite gems are one of the most popular hues among dealers and collectors. This gem is a fantastic Indicolite stone with a bright blue color and a "Roval" cut. The stone is only very very slightly included, which is not commonly seen in Tourmalines because they are classified as a "Type 3" stone which means that the large majority of gems are included and these inclusions are accepted by collectors and dealers, so eye clean stones are a real treat to find. A great Indicolite Tourmaline gem that would look great in a piece of jewelry, or alone in a gem box on display.
