Stunning rich turquoise-blue sheaves of aurichalcite crystals dramatically cover the large sculptural matrix on this most colorful and rich Arizona specimen. Aurichalcite specimens of this richness, size and quality are VERY RARE from these extinct small adjacent Pb-Zn-Ag-Cu-Au-Gemstone mines located very near the much more famous and prolific Defiance Mine. There is more aurichalcite on the back as a bonus. Ex Bob Reynolds Collection, a well-known fossil and mineral expert and Curator of the San Bernardino County Museum. An exceptional RARE, rich and large aurichalcite from the mines. The blue color is much richer in person. Valued at $1500-2000.
