Rich yellow-green, sharp, textbook brazilianite crystals from the famous namesake Type Locality are highly desirable and IMMEDIATELY recognizable for their color and shape. This is a significant miniature specimen: This well-formed, two-sided, tabular gemmy/translucent prism with a striking complex spearpoint termination is very glassy and has bright luster. The one bruised lower edge is certainly only a modest detraction. This very fine miniature is from the original finds of the 1940s and are valued highly. This is a gorgeous, classic crystal with the unique color and great form from those old finds that has not been equaled since! 43 grams mass, so a nice sized large miniature.
