Item Description
Imperial Jasper is the name given to the banded red green and orange Jasper from Mexico. The material is beautiful when it is polished. This "Freeform Cabochon" cut gem has great beige/sand, reddish-brown, cream, sage green and bluish-silver color banding creating a pattern resembling a slice of petrified wood. I have not seen many of these stones on the market over the years, but collectors know that this is some of the nicest banded Jasper from North America. This particular stone has a wonderful mix of color, and it's one of my favorites I've offered in the auctions.
