Item Description
A choice and very showy, miniature sized specimen of Ilvaite from the classic locality at Dalnegorsk. This attractive cluster consists of jet-black, lustrous prismatic crystals with good separation to discern one from another. The top most terminations are all pristine, but there are few contacted crystals lower down on the piece. The piece is not repaired either, which is significant for this material, as many Dalnegorsk Ilvaites had to be glued back together.
