Item Description

A textbook, parallel-growth cluster of sharply terminated, lustrous, jet-black ilvaite crystals from Dal'negorsk. Complete all-around. The cluster is in good shape. A good repair is noted, 2/3 of the way down the piece. Ilvaites from here are arguably the world's finest and this is a showy, highly representative example.
