Item Description
Ilmenite specimens are VERY RARE in this size and quality from ANY Quebec locality, and even moreso from this obscure location. This is a sharp, complete all-around and pristine, doubly terminated, lustrous, mottled black, floater crystal. Hefty for its size at 173 grams. Ex Larry Krause dealer stock, with a 1984 date on his label. A LARGE ilmenite for Quebec.
