Item Description
GREEN herderite only came out in a few pockets and is one of the most rare of Pakistani pegmatite treasures in specimen form! Pakistan hydroxylherderite specimens of this color and aesthetic combination quality are simply unseen on the market today. A 3.3 cm, lightly etched, glassy, translucent, pretty mint-green, hydroxylherderite crystal is aesthetically embedded in the side of a dramatic intergrown pair of doubly terminated, glassy quartz crystals. The baby doubly terminated quartz next to the green beauty is a super complement. This excellent piece comes with an excellent bonus: embedded in the albite on one side of the large quartz crystal is a 2.1 cm, glassy, translucent, champagne-colored topaz crystal with a chisel termination. The large quartz is complete all-around and pristine, so even the matrix is good and crystallized. This is an outstanding and very uncommon combination specimen from Dassu, and was long in the Brent Lockhart Collection. Comes with a custom-made and engraved lucite base valued at $125, for free. Valued at $1000-1500. MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!!
