Item Description

The Tip Top pegmatite is renowned for its rare phosphate species and this very showy and very rich small cabinet includes three of them. Most of the piece is variegated, lustrous olive-green leucophosphite. Superb gemmy to translucent, glassy, salmon-pink hureaulite crystals are nested in vugs with sparkly, gemmy, honey-brown jahnsite crystals. Choice material from the Bob Trimingham Collection.
