Sparkly tiny sub-metallic hulsite microcrystals along with sphalerite, magnetite and ludwigite cover all sides of the hefty ore matrix. Hulsite is a very rare complex iron borate. It is very rare from this famed old mining region of the Czech Republic. Combination specimens with this rarity are extremely rare from this locale. Ex Ted Bartels Collection and comes with a label from respected rarities and Czech specialist Josef Vajdak (Pequa Minerals). Almost nothing on the market for this!
