Huge Tourmaline crystal

Item Description

This large cabinet piece is a single cluster of parallel-growth, elongated tourmalines that have a deep green color to the skin, over a schorl core (or green so dark as not to matter). The piece is big, and impressive from a distance, though I need to point out that some of the lesser sidecar terminations are broken or missing. All the MAJOR terminations, on the whole top of the specimen, are complete and in fact compete all around 360 degrees as well. 698 grams
